Analyst - Paralegal Qualifications
Our Legal Analysts perform in roles far beyond that of a
traditional back-office paralegal. We expect our Legal
Analysts to be an integral part of the client team and
regularly interact directly with clients.
We hire only highly qualified individuals. Prospective
candidates must have a bachelor's degree; paralegal
certification is unnecessary. Degree type is of lesser
importance, although we do have a slight preference for
individuals with scientific, mathematical, or engineering
degrees. Undergraduate GPA must exceed 3.50.
Our Legal Analysts are expected to be capable of performing
any research or analysis that is asked of them.
Typically, this means developing an insightful set of
conclusions and recommendations based on an analysis of
client documents, on-line databases, or other available
sources of information. We provide both general legal
and business training as well as in-depth training for
specialized subject matters.
We expect our Legal Analysts to eventually attend
graduate school, typically to pursue a J.D. or MBA degree.
Because we invest heavily in training our Legal Analysts, we
do expect them to be with the firm for two to four years.
We are not hiring interns at this time.
Interested individuals should submit a resume to
recruiting@kupperlin.com. No cover letter is
necessary. Please ensure your resume includes your
SAT/ACT scores, undergraduate GPA, and any other indicia of
talent, achievement, and potential you feel is important for
us to know about you.
